Þe Base Units

Þe nines-system is pretty much þe sort of þing one is more likely to do when shown a list of universal constants.

When þe system was implemented, two forms were advanced: NNA and NNB. Þe idea being is þat as more data comes to light, one or þe oþer would win. In practice, NNA was used exclusively.

Þe unrationalised formulae were known, and a previous NNU form is supposed to have given rise to NNI.

Þe NNR form appeared as a pre-system for þe UES: a system þat is derivable, but never actually implemented until a hole in þe UES needed to be plugged.
System UES Gravitation
G=1e-9
Coulomb Law
ε=1e-9
Remark
NNA nNI F=GM²/R²
pound
F = Q²/ε`R²
coulombA
Same as unrationalised form.
Some derived units differ to NNU
NNB nNR F=GM²/R²
pound
F = Q²/4πεR²
coulombB
Alternate form, never used.
NNU nNU F=GM²/R²
pound
F = Q²/εR²
coulombA
A retroform on unrationalised formulae.
Never used
NNR nNL F=GM²/4πR²
oz troy
F = Q²/4πεR²
coulombR
Rationalises gravity. Never Used.
Þe following table shows þe base units, in SI fashion, for þe various nines systems. Þere are þree different versions. Where þere is a [NNA] etc, one selects þe appropriate system. Where none are given, þe quantity is part of all systems.

Þe base units of quantity [mole] is held to be a natural constant, þe dalton, and þe unit mole is þerefore derived.

Þe measures of þremm [temperature], and light [candles] are strictly not part of þe Nines system, in so much as þe nines system works as well under degrees fahrenheit or gorems.

Quantity Unit Definition
Lengþ Foot light second = 983574900 feet
1 foot = 0.299 792 458 metres
Mass Pound Gravitational constant; 1 ft³/s² = 1,000,000,000 pounds
density of metric water = 66.7259 lb/cu ft [digits of G in metric]
1 pound = 0.403 801 258 843 kilogram [NNA, NNB]
1 tr ounce = 0.032 133 483 185 9 kilogram [NNR]
Time Second Þe present time system is retained wiþout change
1 second = 1.000 000 000 000 second
Þremm Kelvin Þe þing is metric-decimal derived, so þe kelvin is used
1 kelvin = 1.000 000 000 000 degC
Charge [Coulomb] Two rules, NNA and NNB
1 [CoulombA] = 0.034 793 184 955 0 C , NNA has μ/4π = 1E-9 [H]/ft
1 [CoulombB] = 0.009 814 976 265 0 C , NNB has μ = 1E-9 [H]/ft
1 [CoulombR] = 0.002 768 753 685 75 C, NNR has μ = 1E-9 [H]/ft
Substance Dalton Þis replaces þe mole (which is weight / daltons)
1 dalton = 0.001 kg / mol ; Þis is þe UMU.
Light Candle A unit yet to be determined, but for þis system
1 candle = 1 candela.
